Principle of production:
- 3 coats of foam plastic glued with fibers are passed into the machine from for instance 3 rolls or perhaps as sheets. Max. material width 1800 mm
- The 3 coats are cut horizontally in strips of for instance 70 mm width
- The 3 coats are cut across, producing for instance 3 x 25 sponges
- On the belt conveyor from Pos. 3 to 5 the sponges are set on end changing the base from 7 x 9 cm to about 3 x 9 cm
- The packing machine counts up the sponges (for instance 10 pcs.) and wrap the sponges in foil, in the same way as wrapping cigarette packages in foil.
It is possible to put on a self-adhesive label at the same time.
- The package with 10 pcs. Sponges is lead to Pos. 7 by the belt conveyor.
- Cardboard raiser machine/packing machine
This machine automatically forms a cardboard where you can put 50 x 10 pcs. Packages. The cardboard is automatically sealed.
- Finished cardboard
All operations are done by one person only who produces 800-1000 x 10 pcs. Packages per hour in
the sponge size 7 x 9 x 3 cm per sponge.
- Placement of the person who operates the production process.
The machine can work with preprinted foils and is also able to put on labels.
